MENDES INSTAL CUISINES S. à r.l. provides customized setup, coordination, and on-site integration services tailored to domestic automation systems.

• One-Time Transactions Only: All purchases and financial commitments conducted through our website represent strictly one-time, single-use payments. We do not operate subscription models, recurring billing arrangements, or automated periodic renewals. Each service order requires a discrete, manual transaction initiated explicitly by the Customer.
• Pricing and Quotations: Prices for service packages are clearly displayed on our platform. All stated amounts are binding at the time of order confirmation and are processed in accordance with the selected package scope.

3. Order Process, Deposit, and Final Settlement

Our operational delivery model follows a structured execution framework:

• Initial Deposit: To secure scheduling, preliminary configuration planning, and the allocation of professional labor, customers are required to submit an initial online deposit via our secure payment interface.
• Final Balance Settlement: The remaining balance for the completed installation and customized service scope is billed and settled upon the final on-site delivery, configuration verification, and operational sign-off of the requested services.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Service Execution Waiver

In compliance with European consumer rights directives and Luxembourg legislation:

• Waiver of Withdrawal Right: By placing an online order and authorizing the immediate commencement of customized digital planning, remote coordination, or preliminary configuration prior to the expiration of the standard 14-day statutory withdrawal period, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that once the service delivery or preparation process has commenced, the right of withdrawal is explicitly waived.
• Customized Scope Exclusion: Due to the bespoke nature of our installation coordination, services tailored specifically to individual customer instructions cannot be canceled once performance has begun with the customer’s prior express consent.

5. Customer Obligations and Conduct

• Accurate Information: The Customer warrants that all information provided during the order and communication process—including billing details, delivery locations, and contact data—is accurate, current, and complete.
• Site Accessibility: For on-site service execution, the Customer is responsible for ensuring safe, unobstructed physical access to the premises at the scheduled appointment time.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Professional Execution: MENDES INSTAL CUISINES S. à r.l. performs its service obligations with customary professional diligence. However, in accordance with regulatory compliance standards, we do not issue absolute performance guarantees regarding uninterrupted compatibility with pre-existing third-party hardware or latent infrastructure defects at the customer location.
• Statutory Rights: Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable European or Luxembourg law.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
