• Phase 2: Remote Coordination and Configuration Planning (Timeframe: 2 to 5 Business Days)Following order confirmation, our operations team coordinates preliminary digital planning, parameter setup, and scheduling logistics. This preparatory phase is typically completed within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the complexity of the selected service package and customer availability.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Execution Commencement

In compliance with European consumer protection directives and Luxembourg statutory regulations:

• Waiver of Withdrawal Right: By placing an online order and authorizing the immediate commencement of customized digital planning, remote coordination, or preliminary configuration prior to the expiration of the standard 14-day statutory withdrawal period, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that once the service delivery or preparation process has commenced, the right of withdrawal is explicitly waived.
• Customized Scope Exclusion: Services tailored to individual customer specifications cannot be canceled once performance has begun with the customer’s prior express consent.

4. Payment Settlement and Completion

• Initial Deposit: An initial online deposit is required to secure scheduling, resource allocation, and preliminary configuration planning.
• Final Balance Settlement: The remaining balance for the completed installation and customized service scope is billed and settled upon final on-site delivery, configuration verification, and operational sign-off of the requested services. All financial transactions are processed as single, one-time payments.

5. Customer Responsibilities and Site Access

To facilitate timely service fulfillment within the specified timeframes, the Customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact and location information during the booking process.
• Ensuring safe, unobstructed physical access to the designated premises at the scheduled on-site appointment time.
• Responding to communication inquiries from our support team within 48 hours to prevent scheduling delays.

6. Governing Law

This Service Fulfillment and Delivery Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from or relating to service fulfillment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luxembourg.
