2. Nature of Transactions and Payment Structure
- One-Time Payments Only: All transactions processed on our platform represent strictly single-use, one-time payments for customized service bookings. We do not operate subscription models, recurring billing arrangements, or automatic periodic deductions.
- Deposit and Balance Structure: Orders require an initial online deposit to secure scheduling and preparatory resource allocation, with the remaining balance settled upon final on-site delivery.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Statutory Execution Waiver
In strict compliance with European consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Luxembourg implementation laws:
- Waiver of Withdrawal Right: By placing an online order and authorizing the immediate commencement of customized digital planning, remote coordination, or preliminary configuration prior to the expiration of the standard 14-day statutory withdrawal period, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that once the service delivery or preparation process has commenced, the right of withdrawal is explicitly waived.
- Customized Scope Exemption: Services explicitly tailored to individual customer specifications are exempt from standard cancellation and refund provisions once performance has begun with the customer’s prior express consent.
4. Cancellation Timeframes and Refund Eligibility
- Pre-Commencement Cancellation Window (Timeframe: Within 24 Hours of Booking):If a customer requests a cancellation within 24 hours of initial order submission and prior to the commencement of any digital planning, remote coordination, or preparatory workflow by our operations team, a full refund of the initial deposit may be granted upon formal written request.
- Post-Commencement Status (Timeframe: After 24 Hours or Service Initiation):Once the 24-hour window has elapsed, or immediately upon the commencement of preliminary configuration planning and remote coordination (whichever occurs first), the service preparation phase is legally deemed to have begun. Consequently, refunds for the initial deposit are no longer available due to the allocation of customized labor and administrative resources.
5. Refund Request Procedure and Processing Timeframes
- Submission Method: All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] with the corresponding order reference number and clear justification.
- Review Timeframe (Timeframe: Within 5 Business Days): Our team will review eligible cancellation requests and respond via email within 5 business days of receipt.
- Execution Timeframe (Timeframe: Within 10 Business Days): If a refund is approved under the pre-commencement criteria outlined in Section 4, the funds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days, depending on banking processing durations.
6. Governing Law
This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any legal disputes arising from financial transactions or refund claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luxembourg.
