MENDES INSTAL CUISINES S. à r.l. provides professional setup, integration, and configuration services for domestic living automation systems.

• Service Delivery Process: Our workflow consists of a preliminary booking phase followed by on-site execution. Clients select a service package online and submit an initial deposit to secure the scheduling of professional labor and customized configuration planning.
• Final Balance Settlement: The remaining balance for the completed installation and tailored service scope is settled upon final on-site delivery and operational verification of the configured systems in accordance with the agreed service order.

3. Right of Withdrawal & Digital Service Execution Waiver

In compliance with European consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Luxembourg implementation laws):

• Waiver of Withdrawal Right: By placing an online order and confirming the commencement of customized digital configuration, preliminary planning, or remote coordination prior to the expiration of the standard 14-day statutory withdrawal period, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that once the digital service delivery, preparation, or configuration process has commenced, the user explicitly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal.
• Customized Service Exclusion: Services that are explicitly tailored to consumer specifications or personalized setups are exempt from standard cancellation once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

4. Payment Terms & Financial Compliance

• Authorized Transactions: All payments, deposits, and final settlements are processed securely through authorized payment processing infrastructure. Transactions are billed directly under the registered corporate name MENDES INSTAL CUISINES S. à r.l.
• Chargeback and Dispute Prevention: Clients agree to contact our customer support team directly at [email protected] to resolve any billing inquiries or service clarifications prior to initiating formal inquiry procedures with financial institutions. Unauthorized chargebacks initiated in contradiction to fulfilled service terms will be contested using official documentation of service delivery and customer authorization records.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

• Operational Liability: MENDES INSTAL CUISINES S. à r.l. performs its installation and configuration duties with professional diligence in adherence to applicable European and Luxembourg technical standards. Liability for operational interruptions caused by external hardware faults, unauthorized third-party modifications, or pre-existing infrastructure deficiencies at the client location is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms, and any contractual or non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luxembourg.
